As the Affiliate Marketing Manager for the UK market, you will be instrumental in managing and growing a diverse portfolio of affiliate and influencer partners. Your focus will be on building the affiliate program in the UK from the ground up, driving user acquisition and revenue growth for Bitpanda, while ensuring alignment with our wider marketing objectives across Europe.

In this role, youll serve as the key point of contact for UK affiliate and influencer partners, tailoring local strategies while collaborating closely with the global Partnerships and User Acquisition teams. Your goal will be to deliver impactful, ROI-positive campaigns that are relevant to the UK audience and aligned with Bitpandas overarching growth strategy.

• Lead the day-to-day management of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns for the UK market and execute on the agreed market strategy
• Establish and expand the UK partner pipeline while cultivating strong, long-term relationships with affiliate and influencer partners to drive sustainable growth and high-quality traffic.
• Drive revenue and brand engagement through smart expansion strategies across affiliate and influencer channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the UK country, analytics, product, compliance and creative teams to plan and execute localised campaigns
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve results and uncover new opportunities whilst meeting defined ROI and acquisition targets

• 3+ years affiliate marketing experience in crypto or finance sectors with a proven record of driving growth through both channel optimisation and new partner acquisition
• Demonstrable success in building revenue-driving partnerships and delivering localised marketing strategies
• Fluent in English youre confident communicating with stakeholders and partners across markets
• Meticulous attention to detail you notice when content or placement deviates from agreed terms
• Experience with partnership management platforms such as Impact Radius is a strong advantage
