Job Description

Summary

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day execution across company governance, product engagement tracking, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership, and can confidently manage follow-ups and execution across both internal and external workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Company Governance Support

    • Coordinate with corporate secretarial and compliance vendors to ensure all filings, registers, and documents are in order across the companys legal entities.

    • Maintain audit readiness across jurisdictions

    • Track regulatory deliverables and support board/shareholder documentation needs across entities

  • Product Usage Monitoring and Engagement

    • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor usage patterns and event logs across designated client accounts

    • Support enablement activities for junior users at client organizations including preparing walkthroughs, explainer content, or demo sessions for new joiners (non-decision makers)

    • Coordinate internally to keep materials updated and usage issues flagged for resolution

  • Executive Support (CXOs)

    • Set up meetings and manage calendars for key external conversations for the CXOs

    • Track and nudge on follow-ups where founder involvement is not immediately required

    • Own and update simple internal trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Youre a good fit if you

  • Have 13 years of experience in operations, CXO support, client engagement.

  • Are organized, articulate, and capable of working independently

  • Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic dashboards, and internal systems

  • Communicate well across seniority levels from vendors to clients to C-levels

  • Have supported both internal execution and external coordination in a fast-paced environment
