Job Description
Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Client Success Manager to join Bitpanda in Berlin. You'll functionally lead a team focused on growing our institutional and corporate client base in Germany. This includes owning relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring our crypto solutions evolve with the market. You'll manage processes and relationships in a fast-paced fintech space, combining leadership, project ownership, and client strategy. We're seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong leadership background, and a passion for client success and execution.
What Youll Do- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team by setting clear goals, defining KPIs, and driving execution for corporate crypto clients.
- Client Relationships & Development: Develop strategic account plans to grow corporate client relationships, identify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor by maintaining consistent communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring client needs shape products and services.
- Client Acquisition: Represent Bitpanda at industry events, organize targeted initiatives and develop compelling acquisition strategies.
- Project & Process Ownership: Drive cross-functional projects that enhance products and processes, while improving client onboarding and account management workflows.
- Market Insights: Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions and support continuous innovation.
- Experience & Education: relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles in banking, finance, or crypto, with team leadership and solid financial market knowledge.
- Leadership & Communication: Effective communicator, confident in engaging executive stakeholders, with fluent German and additional languages as a plus.
- Client Management: Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Project & Process Skills: Experienced in end-to-end project management and process optimization, with a proactive approach to ownership.
- Business Acumen: Strategic and action-oriented thinker, ideally with a background in startups or fintech.
