Summary

Our People Operations Team drives all global processes and handles employee requests across the entire employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and day-to-day queries to offboarding. Were motivated by creating a seamless, joyful experience at Bitpanda, whether employees are relocating, taking a break, advancing their careers, or moving on.As a Specialist, People Operations, youll elevate the employee experience by ensuring our people operations are efficient, engaging, and aligned with our commitment to excellence and enjoyment in every interaction.

 

What you'll do

  • Provide timely, clear, and effective support to employees, new hires, and internal stakeholders on processes, policies, and inquiries.
  • Manage all employment lifecycle transactions within our HRIS (Workday) and prepare required documentation.
  • Live and role model a data-driven approach and uphold our service level agreements (SLAs) on responsiveness, resolution times, and employee satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple locations, owning responsibilities within designated regions.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a dynamic, international environment.
  • Familiarity with labor law regulations and HR best practices in one or more of the following countries: Austria, Spain, Germany
  • Preferably working knowledge of Workday, Google Suite and Jira ticketing system
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Team player with fluency in English and another language
  • Experience with project management, global mobility or payroll is a plus.
