Robinhood is seeking a 3D Designer to help craft and evolve how our brand shows up in three dimensions across product marketing, brand storytelling, and events. This role is ideal for someone who blends sharp design instincts with technical excellence, and whos excited to create visually rich, concept driven 3D work with a strong point of view.

Youll work on everything from still renders and animated hero assets to immersive 3D packages for keynotes, internal events, and brand activations.

• Design high quality 3D visuals using Cinema 4D + Redshift for campaigns, product storytelling, and brand moments
• Build event specific 3D packages including stage content, animated loops, visual environments, and supporting graphics
• Collaborate with motion designers, art directors, and producers to bring campaign and event narratives to life
• Create and manage a system of reusable lighting rigs, materials, and models to maintain consistency across outputs
• Push visual exploration and experiment with abstraction, form, and materiality to keep Robinhoods 3D presence evolving

• 4+ years of experience in 3D design, motion, or visual storytelling
• Expert level knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift. Strong in lighting, lookdev, and rendering workflows
• A portfolio that includes both polished stills and motion work, especially event or environment-driven design
• Excellent visual design skills: clear sense of space, form, color, and composition
• Ability to work end-to-end: from rough concepting to high-fidelity production
• Effective communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Experience building event visuals, keynote openers, motion loops, or environmental design
• Familiarity with After Effects for compositing or animation handoff
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Houdini, or simulation workflows (cloth, particles, etc.)
• Background in branding, editorial, or creative studio environments
