What you'll do:

• Build High-Impact Products: Develop and optimize Flashbots core offeringslike Flashbots Protect and BuilderNet ensuring theyre built for scale and impact.

• Engineer at Scale: Create and optimize services and tools that support tens of thousands of requests and transactions per second during peak loads.

• Customer-First Innovation: Collaborate with marquee crypto partners like Uniswap and Chainlink to design and productionize cutting-edge MEV protocols and features.

• Quality & Transparency: Champion testing and documentation to make sure our products are reliable and accessible

What we look for:

• Production Expert: You have 2+ years of experience solving complex challenges in Rust or Go, with a solid track record in building scalable servicesideally within the Ethereum ecosystem.

• Product-Focused Engineer: You thrive on working closer to customers, integrating rapid feedback loops to drive high-impact, user-centric improvements.

• Asynchronous Team Player: You excel in dynamic, asynchronous environments, balancing independent work with proactive team collaboration.

• T-Shaped Problem Solver: Your deep technical expertise is complemented by broad domain knowledge, enabling you to champion and build a wide range of solutions.

Nice to haves:

• In-depth knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and MEV supply chain

• Hands-on experience across the Ethereum stack (e.g., Lighthouse, Prysm, Geth, Reth, smart contract development)
